Booking conditions

The voucher is valid for 1 or 2 people, exclusively for direct bookings (by phone, email, or WhatsApp) for stays in a Deluxe Room with balcony and Cathedral view.
Valid stay dates: between 01/11/2025 and 21/12/2025, between 05/01/2026 and 31/03/2026, between 01/07/2026 and 20/08/2026, and between 01/11/2026 and 20/12/2026.

To enjoy the private wine tasting, it must be arranged at least one week prior to arrival to confirm the availability of our Sommelier.
If the Sommelier is not available on the selected dates, you may choose between a tasting guided by our hotel staff or, alternatively, a two-course lunch or dinner (starter, main course, dessert, water, and coffee) at a traditional Sicilian trattoria located just a few steps from our hotel.

Cancellation policy: free cancellation up to 10 days before arrival; 100% penalty for cancellations after that time.
Reception is available for check-in until 10:30 p.m. on the day of arrival.
